  1. Hi Aaron, I’m from Argentina, here in Argentina we are fans of cars (the five-time Formula One champion J.M. Fangio is from Argentina). Here we see your great TV show ¨Gas Monkey Garage¨.
I give you an interesting data: here in Argentina there is an Argentine company (¨Pur Sang¨) that manufactures antique race cars of the 30s, 40s and 50s. Are precise and perfect, are exact replications. For example there are constructed: Bugatti, Maserati, Alfa Romeo, Mercedes Benz etc. etc. (typically the cost is 100,000 to 300,000 Dollars) there are plenty of videos on You Tube. Is manufactured absolutely everything the pieces of the cars, from the car body, the engine, to the last screw, all hand made with materials and techniques typical of those times. The units are exported worldwide (including USA) to persons such as fanatics collectors of cars, museums, etc. Buyers say the replics are indistinguishable from the original !!

One question: ¿when Do you come to visit Argentina?
Come you and Richard to visit the factory of antique cars. You can enjoy our cow beef, which also is exported, you can visit our rodeos made by gauchos (equivalent to his Cowboys). And of course, the best wine of the world. We hope you visit us.

Well, a big hello from Argentina.

    Nicolás.

  2. I didn’t know until now how about how much we have in commen. I had a 1961 white falcon that dad gave me to play with and work on. the . I went from that @ 16 to a 1969 ford torino gt with 22,000 miles on it,then a 55 chevy that I drag raced. I spent every dollar I had back then on making cars go faster.i still have two 55 chevys that I started restoring a few years ago. I loved the 56 nomad you guys did on the show. I still watch the show every chance I get, even though I’ve seen them several times.thanks and good luck

  4. Aaron, you are such a passionate individual.
I agree. In a circle, everything is connected. There is movement, but there is no final destination. As there is no end goal in a circle, this philosophy allows us to embrace and enjoy every aspect of our experience, knowing that it is the movement from light to dark, from winter to spring, from abundance to scarcity, from new moon to full moon, that allows us to experience. Change is what makes experience possible.
Thank you for your calm and thoughtful nature – you are inspirational, talented, entertaining, in your unique way, and intelligent. Such refreshing qualities in a man. Never ever get rid of the beard!

  5. I loved the Challenger build, if you had actually had to foot the bill for your bonehead transformation, you would be broke. How many projects have you undertaken and you are nowhere in site. All you do is slam a car and disappear, a master mechanic, right. Every build costs Richard more than budgeted, but then again you don’t have a budget.

  6. Hi , Aaron I have a question for you about my car ,its a 1963 Ford Falcon . I know you have one
as well . My car is completely restored ,it very nice you would love it. My question is I was laying some rubber ,but my car has a lot of wheel hop . How do I stop this from happening . Can you please let me know ,it has a 289 engine with a 354 poss rear . Thanks Paul

  7. Great you like Top Gear UK don’t know if you’ve heard but Jeremy Clarkson has got the boot so may not be as good now love Gas Monkey and the work you do all the very best from England.

  8. Hello Aaron, Richard and rest of the team from the Garage! I´m from Cuba and the FAN number 1 of your TV Show and the work that you do in the cars, is just amazing guys!!! my Congratulations! I dream one day work in cars like you do…! I just love with passion cars and as you probably know Cuba is an Island full of classic cars, that make our roads a full time Show, I just walk around a enjoy it this every single day when i go to work. I own an old Ford Consul from 1959 Made in England, with a Lada 1200 Engine and transmission, this is a very common thing here, almost 50% of the small cars have inside a Lada engine, no very powerful, but great in gas and this is more than enough for my dad who is the owner haha!
I´m who work on the car and do almost everything, here parts and mechanics are very expensive, so enjoy work on the car and a lot of the things I make at home. Before this car I had a Jeep Willys 1952, fun car too, but to much sun and rain I my family decided to change it to this one that is more confortable.
my question is what I can do with the Ford that give more personality and make looks better??? I will paint it soon, because we just finished the body work, no color decision yet…I will really appreciate any help! I look at all the discovery shows and I just think that you guys are the best!!!!
    Thank you in advance….
    My name is Anibal

  10. Hey Aaron,
I just had to find a way to let you know that you and the rest of the Gas Monkey crew are a huge part of the nightly routine at my house, literally! My two year old son is obsessed with watching you guys build on the show… i mean you are right up there with Mickey Mouse. It’s so funny, I record your shows and my son and I cuddle up as he watches until he passes out for the night. I’m pretty sure I’ve got a future Monkey on my hands!!! I don’t mind at all…. Except that I’ve seen the same episodes over and over… i love your show, the stuff that you guys do is crazy and there is something truly amazing about watching someone do what they love with such passion… Very sexy. Keep up the great work, and thank you for giving inspiration to my little man at home!

  11. Aaron K is hands down the best mechanic in the country. Gas Monkey rocks all together if I make my way to Texas I’m coming through there. Hopefully to buy a build .

  12. Are you driving in the 2016 Pikes Peak Hill Climb? The Falcon again, or another car? What major modifications did you make to the Falcon after your first participation in The HillClimb? I learned to drive in a Falcon & Willis Jeep Station Wagon. Keep Trucking!
