1. SPONSOR

This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Gas Monkey Garage, 2330 Merrell Rd, Dallas, TX 75229.

 

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to:
i) Legal permanent residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or older, or 19 in Alabama and Nebraska, and 21 in Mississippi; or
ii) Legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least the age of majority in their province or territory of residence as of the date of entry (the “Entrant”).

Current and past employees, officers, and directors of Gas Monkey Garage (the “Sponsor”) and each of its subsidiaries and affiliates, distributors, vendors, advertising/promotion agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution, or distribution of the Sweepstakes (including, but not limited to, National Sweepstakes Company, LLC, the “Independent Administrator”) are not eligible.

Immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children, and parents) and household members of such individuals are also ineligible.

All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Sweepstakes is void in Quebec, outside of the forty-eight (48) contiguous U.S., the District of Columbia, Canada, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.

 

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on October 17, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PST on October 24, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received outside this period will not be valid.

 

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways to enter:

1. Purchase Method:

Make a qualifying purchase on www.GasMonkeyGarage.com during the Promotion Period to receive one (1) entry into the giveaway.

2. Free Method (No Purchase Necessary):

Sign up through the website pop-up form on www.GasMonkeyGarage.com during the Promotion Period to receive one (1) entry.

Limit: One (1) total entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries will be void.

 

5. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a 2005 Big Dog Motors Chopper Motorcycle,
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,500 USD.

Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty, express or implied.
Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, title, registration, and any expenses not expressly stated as part of the prize.

 

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about October 25, 2025, from all eligible entries received.

 

The potential winner will be contacted by telephone and must respond within 24 hours of the initial notification.
Failure to respond within the time allowed or to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

 

Canadian residents must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be declared a winner.

 

7. ODDS

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

 

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these rules.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If the prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

By accepting the prize, the winner grants permission to Sponsor and its affiliates to use the winner’s name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for technical errors, lost or delayed entries, or any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in this Promotion or acceptance/use of the prize.

 

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
